By becoming a Seller on Chum’Nme, you agree to the following terms.

Sellers must ensure that all information is accurate, up to date, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Sellers must provide accurate information about their products or services, including images, descriptions, prices, locations, contact information, and any other required details.

Sellers must not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized products or services on Chum’Nme.

3. Pricing and Taxes

 

Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices for products and services.

Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax filings, and other tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Chum’Nme does not calculate, collect, or file taxes on behalf of Sellers.

4. Orders, Shipping, and Service Provision

 

For product sales, Sellers are responsible for order processing, packaging, shipping, delivery, and communication with customers.

For international shipping, Sellers are responsible for confirming applicable import regulations, prohibited items, and other requirements in the destination country or region.

For Service Sellers, Sellers are responsible for accurately managing their service information, including service details, locations, availability, and other relevant information.

Service Sellers may provide information about pet-related services, accommodations, shelters, support locations, and other pet-related resources.

Service Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

Chum’Nme is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, or results of any services provided by third-party Service Sellers.

Chum’Nme will deduct platform fees from Seller earnings based on the applicable fee structure upon completion of a transaction.

Sellers are responsible for managing their own financial records and tax obligations related to their earnings through Chum’Nme.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Disputes

 

Sellers are responsible for handling customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and other issues related to their products or services.

Sellers must cooperate with customers and follow Chum’Nme’s policies when resolving disputes.

8. Account Suspension and Removal

 

Chum’Nme reserves the right to suspend or remove Seller accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform guidelines.
